Our endeavour, unifying patches appropriately, will integrate the Knowledge so as to make it a Divine Strength to let us enjoy its Power & Complexity.....
Wizinix unobtrusively passes on the skills, knowledge and attitudes to people through Consultation & Training. Consultations facilitate in taking the right course of action between the right one and the wrong one, the right one out of more than one correct options or choosing the preferable one out of apparently wrong options also. ‘Helping’ remains the spirit of Consultations and Training. The business of Helping informally started in the year 1990 with Technical Training in the use of Microprocessor Development Systems including Emulators and Simulators that replicate Excellent Electronic Engineering systems in mother host and child project at the incubation level. This was followed by Management Development Training and Education using various methodologies from lecture, discussions, role plays etc. Process Consultation for Organisation Development finally became the core focus of ‘Helping’ by Consultation.
The ‘champagne-beige’ logo named ‘b-hi’, represents the combined synergies of the people involved in ‘Development’ who have a ‘B+ve’ attitude towards it, like the bees in a beehive that are Self-Organising without taking any directions from anyone working as an integrated adaptive system in a Complexity that works wonders. The logo is a simple depiction of a Complex phenomena of bees’ work and the paraphernalia of the beehive. The dot above, in the logo, represents the head of the bee, that does not need to be connected and the rest its legs and the sting merging with the hive tessellations on all sides of the hexagon. The dot above also represents the in-built compass which helps the bee to navigate in the Earth’s magnetic field detecting the minutest fluctuations in it.
